The Tasting Room


Masseria  De Michele’s   tasting room, made out of the ancient barn,   with tuff  vault, is now a warm and comfortable  place, offering its guests the typical cuisine of Apulia with its explosion of Mediterranean  flavours and colours , where the extra virgin olive oil produced  in  the farm is the undisputed prince, especially tasted with  the  vegetables  of our land.
Among our specialities  , people should not miss the famous ‘orecchiette’ with broccoli, rabbit   with roast potatoes, mashed  broad  beans, served with chicories, roasted peppers and other  delicious products  of our land, presented with kindness and courtesy.
